Originally Wrong domain, supposed to be rpbtech.com not rpbtectech.com, but that was just the beginning absolutely most horrible experience ever with website & I build them! Hire Me not vive versa

The worst
I think Wix purposely made this website as restrictive and impossible to use so that people are stuck on Wix site for a longer periods of time. I could have built a better website than what you have here and youre selling websites its insulting. Apparently my older website is on a legacy platform so I cant even use AI to assist in helping me adjust things. The mobile part is ridiculous and you cant use AI to help there either.
Honestly, I swear Ive never had a struggle like this in my entire life and Ive built websites via code I regret hiring and paying for the service. I shouldve just taken the time to build it myself from scratch, but now that I have time invested in it I have to complete it. In my opinion, I should get a complete 100% refund and unlimited free premium access. This is literally the worst investment Ive ever made and Ive never been more aggravated more stressed and more unable to do anything on a computer in my entire life and I build computers and servers.
I can literally code and build an app. I thought this would save me time. I was dead wrong. I would never ever recommend Wix to anyone ever for any reason as a matter of fact, I would tell them not to use it explicitly I havent used any other website Builders, but I am sure they have to be better than this.
What shouldve taken 6-8 hours has taken 96 hours and Im not even near complete.
Built, my old website on the legacy platform in under an hour. Whatever they changed, they should change back because they destroyed what they had.

Sent a flaky person my way left me stranded did not fulfill my paid for items need a proper response urgently.
- - The staff charged for goods not delivered and gave no updates for months.
- - The representative left me stranded and paid delivery never arrived.
Left stranded by a supposed hired professional from your company. Goods paid for, not received, waiting over two months for a paid-for delivery.
Anupam left me stranded and would not respond to my cries for help. I am a senior citizen with a disability. I was told in early June that the project would be completed, but it is still not complete. He offered me a price with the blog completed.
Also, 10 printed chap books, but no goods were provided. For months, be very careful. He delayed necessary edits and eventually provided no correspondence at all. There is much more to say, but I will start with this.
Please help. I requested help and responses only for more payments.

Difficult to get a problem resolved and asked to provide information beyond my limits for example asked to resolve directly with professional who does not respond to my questions and has done nothing although asked for payment in advance and no results refunds required and this person reported. WIX REFUSES TO FIX PAYOUTS FOR MY PRODUCTS OVER 1 MONTH

Impossible to get the right Customer Service. I am selling books. For over one month Wix refuses to allow payouts. I can't get any money off Wix.

Use a sompletely differnt company and product.
I asked it to launch.
Instead of launching my websie, it opens a new site. You have to wait over 2 hours for it to load. What you get is worse than Temu on a bad day.
No logo.No images you added. No links.
Text is wrong. Text is made up. Bad AI clipart has relaced anything you gave the site to use. Or the art is just missing.
If you remind it 'this is not what I made', you will get abusive 'You do it again' BS from an AI.
Or it'll jsut throw a tanturm and blame you for nothing in particular.
Update: Wix just contacted me by telling me I can email them (I get an AI bot telling me to find mythical instructions on the website) or to mail tehm a leter they will throw in the trash. Contacting here means acutal contact.

My issue has been going on for two weeks now and still has not been resolved. There's very little contact; the first contact was only a few days ago.
They asked for all personal information, names, and copies of ID that match credit cards. I provided everything, but still nothing days later. Today, I just got an email saying they saw some activity on there. Now they want to know who uses the account, if they use the same login, what the IP address is, and what area of the country they're using.
Again, I provided all that information.
I have been almost out of business for two weeks now. It's the worst company and service I have ever seen in my life.
