Very sad with WIX none existent customer support

I have no way of talking to an actual help desk person unless I login to my account: I can't log in to my account which is the problem.
I am totally stuck and i can't make any changes to my live business website!

Their “app” feature can’t be removed once installed

Customer service is nonexistent. They use an AI chatbot and you cant get in touch with a human.

The chatbot gives the wrong answers and doesnt understand the issues.
Also I am stuck with something I dont want on my website - an app I just wanted to try out - and they said once I install it I cant remove it. Terrible customer service. Zero stars for that. But I do like the platform itself.

Shrug. Welcome to 2024 where everything is automated for the worse.

Poor Customer Service and Refund Policy

I subscribed to the Wix Premium Yearly Plan 183 days ago, intending to create and maintain my website. Unfortunately, I've encountered persistent issues editing my site, rendering it unusable for me.

Consequently, I sought to cancel my remaining membership and receive a partial refund to reflect the time and services unused. Despite multiple attempts three, to be precise Wix has consistently rejected my refund requests.
This refusal to accommodate a reasonable request reflects poorly on Wix's customer service and policies. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment and flexibility, especially given the circumstances. Regrettably, Wix's rigid stance has left me dissatisfied and disinclined to continue using their services.

Furthermore, I cannot in good conscience recommend Wix to others, knowing they may encounter similar difficulties and be met with inflexible policies.
I urge Wix to reconsider its approach to customer refunds and strive for greater fairness and understanding.

Until then, I'll be exploring alternative platforms for my website needs, ones that prioritize customer satisfaction and support. Disappointed and disillusioned, I will not be returning to Wix anytime soon.

HORRible. I wish not to do any dealing with this company. Customer service is a JOke. I was charged $150 twice and I was not able to contact via email or speak with anyone from the company in regards to closing any accounts stored and request refund of $300 total for the charges.
