If there is no direct communication with paying customers or there is an inadequate system in place to address customer concerns, you can't expect positive results. Get a 1-800 line and create a customer support team to address their concerns directly.

HORRible. I wish not to do any dealing with this company. Customer service is a JOke. I was charged $150 twice and I was not able to contact via email or speak with anyone from the company in regards to closing any accounts stored and request refund of $300 total for the charges.
